November 6, 2007 — Most Asian women have skinny, flat bodies and are not quite shapely. Such a “straight” body can make them feel not so confident because flat bodies are less feminine than curvy ones.The ideal waist to hip ratio for women should take aim for a 0.8 ratio. For example, if your waist measures 26 inches, your hips should be 35 inches. Hip size beyond a certain point (around 0.6) would suggest that the woman is overweight while the opposite might give the body a boy-like figure.
