Judge Judy: Unfiltered, Unforgettable is scheduled to air Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The special will also stream live for subscribers on Paramount+ (Premium) and be available the following day.

What the special covers
The program follows Judy Sheindlin as she looks back on a career that began with the show’s debut in the fall of 1996. Viewers will hear her recount the path from a lively Brooklyn upbringing to a role on the New York City Family Court, where she built a reputation as one of the country’s toughest jurists.
Interviews include remarks from entertainment and industry figures, family members and people directly affected by her work. Among those participating are Steven Spielberg, Samuel L. Jackson, Amy Poehler, RuPaul and Sherry Lansing, along with her son, Judge Adam Levy (known for Adam’s Law), former colleagues and litigants.
Legacy and continued presence
Although production of new episodes of the original Judge Judy series ended in 2021 after 25 seasons, the show remains widely available. Reruns continue to run in syndication and appear on streaming platforms such as Pluto TV, keeping the series in public view.
