Fox has announced the cast for Hell’s Kitchen Season 25, which premieres Thursday, September 24. This edition features 18 chefs — all under 25 — who will compete to become Chef Gordon Ramsay’s next protege.

Season 25 keeps the show’s familiar structure: two teams, high-pressure service challenges and eliminations. Producers are billing the season as a showcase of the next generation of culinary talent, with competitors split by gender into the Blue and Red teams.

Aiden, 22, lists Fullerton, California as his hometown and currently lives in Los Angeles.
Diego, 21, is from and resides in Allen Park, Michigan.
Dylan, 22, calls Milwaukee, Wisconsin both his hometown and current city.
Gabriel, 25, grew up in Lake Worth, Florida, and now resides in West Palm Beach.
Jonathan “Jonny G,” 23, is originally from Kenscoff, Haiti and currently lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Michael, 24, is from Commack, New York and currently resides in Boston.
Miguel, 22, lives and works in Houston, Texas.
Miles, 22, was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and now lives in San Diego.
Valentín, 22, is from Mendoza, Argentina and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
Red Team (Women)
Georgiana, 24, lists Botoșani, Romania as her hometown and now lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
Haley, 24, is from and resides in Orlando, Florida.
Jeyda, 23, lives in Houston, Texas, where she is also from.
Joy, 25, is originally from Pennsylvania and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
Kylie, 24, is from Hopatcong, New Jersey, and remains based there.
Mya, 25, grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio and currently resides in Lexington, Ohio.
Nadia, 24, is from Prince George’s County, Maryland and now lives in Waldorf.
Sandra, 21, lists the Bronx, New York as her hometown and currently resides in Sherman, Connecticut.
Serenity, 24, is from Cincinnati, Ohio and lives there now.
