Disney+ has launched its first bundled offering in Indonesia by teaming with local streaming leader Vidio. The deal combines Disney’s global catalogue with Vidio’s sports rights and Indonesian originals, creating a single subscription option for viewers.

What the package includes

The new offering, billed as the Vidio Ultimate Disney+ All Screen Bundle, pairs access to Vidio Ultimate All Screen with Disney+’s standard tier. That means customers who take the bundle will get both platforms’ libraries under one subscription.

  • Disney+ content: global series and films, including titles like Only Murders in the Building, major Marvel and Star Wars releases, and regional Asia Pacific originals.
  • Vidio programming: live TV, local originals and its premium sports rights, such as the English Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the BRI Super League.

Extra access for Vidio subscribers

All existing Vidio subscribers will also receive a curated Taste of Disney+ collection on Vidio. That selection delivers a sample of Disney+ series and episodes without requiring the full Disney+ sign-up.

Selected titles included in the collection are the Korean original Flex X Cop (Season 2), the U.S. crime-comedy drama High Potential, the animated Sofia the First and Grey’s Anatomy.

Part of a wider international approach

Disney+ has pursued similar partnerships in other markets, using local deals to widen its reach outside the U.S. The company frames this bundle as an extension of that strategy.

Tony Zameczkowski, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Direct-to-Consumer, Asia Pacific at The Walt Disney Company, said the tie-up combines “Disney+’s beloved films and award-winning series” with “Vidio’s local entertainment ecosystem,” with the goal of elevating the streaming experience for both fans and new audiences.

He added the agreement is “part of our focus on accelerating collaborations to expand the reach, engagement and fandom of Disney+ in APAC, creating more value and content choices for subscribers.”

Vidio’s market position and local perspective

Industry data from Media Partners Asia indicate Vidio has been Indonesia’s leading streaming service for the past four years, a position that underpins its appeal as a local partner.

Sutanto Hartono, CEO of Vidio, described the collaboration as a way to merge “two complementary entertainment experiences into one of Indonesia’s most complete premium entertainment offerings.” He added that as viewing habits evolve, audiences are seeking both wider choice and better value, and that the bundle plus the Taste of Disney+ collection will complement Vidio’s local originals and sports lineup.
