London TV Screenings has published its programme for next year, marking the first time the newly combined sales arm of Banijay and All3Media will appear under one banner. The merged group will present a reported 265,000-hour catalogue on Wednesday, February 24, when several major distributors convene in the UK capital.

A changed organiser line-up

The event’s founding organisers now comprise a trio: Banijay (including the All3Media sales business), Fremantle and ITV Studios. Banijay’s presentation is scheduled for the same day as ITV Studios’ screening, with the two showcases set at BAFTA Piccadilly and Odeon Luxe Leicester Square respectively.

Fremantle will hold its screenings the following day at the Odeon. ITV Studios’ slot comes at a moment of transition for the company: broadcaster ITV is in the process of being acquired by Sky, a deal that remains subject to regulatory review and uncertainty.

Who else has set dates

Several other distributors have already announced their plans. Studiocanal will open its programme on Sunday, February 21 — the first day of the Screenings — with a scripted presentation followed by a cocktail party.

Additional companies that have confirmed dates include Sony, Mediawan Rights, Beta Film and Keshet International, reflecting broad participation from buyers and sellers across the industry.

Organisers on the event’s role

A spokesperson for London TV Screenings emphasised the event’s growing importance. “The London TV Screenings has become a key fixture in the international content calendar, bringing together buyers and distributors from across the industry for a week of discovery, conversation and deal-making. Following our strongest year to date, we’re looking forward to welcoming the global content community back to London in 2027. We’ve seen continuous growth every year since the Screenings’ inception, demonstrating buyer appetite for this moment in the annual content calendar, and underlining the UK’s continuing role as a hub for international distribution.”

Where the Screenings sit in the market calendar

The London TV Screenings will run at the same time as the BBC Studios Showcase in the city. It will no longer align with MIP London, however: the MIP event is ending and the organisation plans to launch a separate London Book Fair event a few weeks later.
